Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager at our New Delhi office. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing tailored business plans for key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes analyzing client performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and actively contributing to long-term partnerships. Candidates will work closely with the team to provide insights and solutions that meet client needs and support business development objectives.

Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise to manage and build enduring client relationships.
Proficient Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional Customer Service skills to understand client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
Proven experience in an SEO agency or a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
