Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Kannada Teacher for Grades 1 to 4 who can create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong language fundamentals while encouraging creativity and participation among young learners.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery & Classroom Management
- Deliver Kannada lessons aligned with the curriculum in an interactive and age-appropriate manner
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning
Student Development & Engagement
- Support students in developing reading, writing, and speaking skills in Kannada
- Encourage participation through storytelling, activities, and creative exercises
Assessment & Feedback
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
Collaboration & School Participation
- Work closely with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning
- Participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher interactions
Key Requirements
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Strong command over Kannada language (reading, writing, speaking)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching young children
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences
