Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Kannada-speaking Caller to manage outbound and inbound communication with beneficiaries, donors, and partners. You will be the voice of ImpactGuru for all Kannada-speaking customers and ensure they receive timely, empathetic, and accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with beneficiaries and donors in Kannada for follow-ups, verification, and support.
  • Explain fundraising processes, documentation requirements, and campaign details in a simple and clear manner.
  • Handle inbound queries from Karnataka-based users and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Assist patients and families with onboarding, campaign updates, and donation assistance.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all interactions in CRM and follow internal processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Medical, Donor Support) for escalations.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain service quality.
  • Build trust and maintain a compassionate tone with patients and families.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Kannada (native proficiency preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, NGO operations, or healthcare calling preferred.
  • Strong listening skills and an empathetic mindset when dealing with patients.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 03 years of calling/customer service experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, crowdfunding, or social impact organizations is a plus.
