Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Kannada-speaking Caller to manage outbound and inbound communication with beneficiaries, donors, and partners. You will be the voice of ImpactGuru for all Kannada-speaking customers and ensure they receive timely, empathetic, and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with beneficiaries and donors in Kannada for follow-ups, verification, and support.
- Explain fundraising processes, documentation requirements, and campaign details in a simple and clear manner.
- Handle inbound queries from Karnataka-based users and resolve concerns effectively.
- Assist patients and families with onboarding, campaign updates, and donation assistance.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions in CRM and follow internal processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Medical, Donor Support) for escalations.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain service quality.
- Build trust and maintain a compassionate tone with patients and families.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada (native proficiency preferred).
- Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, NGO operations, or healthcare calling preferred.
- Strong listening skills and an empathetic mindset when dealing with patients.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 03 years of calling/customer service experience.
- Experience in healthcare, crowdfunding, or social impact organizations is a plus.
