Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency by maintaining and evolving design systems and guidelines
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in a tech environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
