Requirements
To assist Trading Manager in ensuring compliance to the system pertaining to trading operations and providing inputs for strengthening or making changes in existing system.
Maintaining records and follow up with Broker/suppliers for packing material distribution to respective mills.
Coordination with Surveyor for ensuring timely inspection and packing of commodity on time
Maintaining records and follow up with Brokers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cargo
Dispatch & Freight monitoring
Ensuring process compliance as per ITC's SOP.
Monitor timely GRN & other entries in SAP, in compliance with commodities SOP.
Interaction with suppliers/brokers and address all the relevant issues
Tracking & reviewing of all the above activities on daily basis.
