Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To manage good relationship with MKA customers

To resolve issues within TAT

To establish perfomance of vehicle among MKA customers

To analyse the technical complaints of the vehicle in the field

Coordinate to rectify defects in vehicles / overhaul aggregates with other zone/ dealer

Feed back on companys Service

Warranty/ Goodwill request to raise in specifc product concerns

Product issues to highlight to reporting manager if specific to perticular customer

Ensuring uptime gauranty

Fixed cycle visit to MKA with data on vehicle performance, B/D Analysis

Training to fleet manager and driver training

Arranging service check up camp

Update to customers on Policy change or current service policy

Update on new initative of the company like Mcover, Mashery, RECON etcUpdate on new /upcoming product range to the customer

Education Qualification

Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical

General Experience

BE 38 yrs, DME 4 to 12yrs
