Role: KAM-Quick Commerce 

Department: E-commerce

Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

Reports to: HeadofE-commerce

Role Overview:

We are seeking a performance-driven Key Account Manager to lead and scale key Quick Commerce accounts. Someone who has first hand experience in scaling Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. The KAM will own account strategy, platform relationships, business planning, and end-to-end performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Ownership & Commercial Strategy
  • Own P&L and revenue targets for assigned Quick Commerce accounts.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, trade spends, JBP planning, margins, and discount structures.
  • Identify growth levers across assortment expansion, distribution, and visibility.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive GMV growth through strategic campaign planning and promotional execution.
  • Optimize assortment mix based on velocity, contribution margins, and platform dynamics.
  • Track competitive landscape and implement actionable strategies to increase market share.

  • Performance Marketing & Visibility
  • Oversee platform advertising (Instamart Ads, Zepto Ads, Blinkit Ads, etc.) to ensure optimal ROAS. 
  • Monitor KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, share of voice, and contribution margins.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.

  • Operations & Supply Coordination
  • Ensure high fill rates, availability, and minimal stock-outs across platforms.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams for forecasting and replenishment planning.
  • Monitor aging inventory and manage liquidation strategies where required.
  • Optimize inventory planning specific to Quick Commerce fast-turn cycles.

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze sales data, platform dashboards, and category insights to identify growth gaps.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews (WBR/QBR).
  • Track ROI and contribution margins across campaigns and investments.
  • Drive corrective actions based on performance trends.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing Quick Commerce accounts(Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
  • Proven experience handling platform commercials and marketplace growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (advanced reporting & dashboards).
  • Optional experience with Unicommerce, gobblecube and other growth tools is a plus.
