• Develop and maintain VBA-based applications and automation tools
• Build and support Excel Macros and MS Access applications
• Work on SQL-based data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
• Handle end-to-end project development from requirement gathering to deployment
• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot application issues
• Improve performance of existing modules through analysis and optimization
• Participate in user and management discussions for requirement understanding
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and defect management
• Work in shift-based environments when required (up to 11 PM)
