About Jetri

Jetri is a new-age education consulting and strategic implementation firm working at the frontier of institutional change in India. Our mandate is simple and ambitious: to buildand rebuildthe institutions that will educate India's next 100 million learners.

From designing a block-teaching model for a premier B-School to shaping a values-driven K12 education system, our work spans conception to execution. We don't just advise. We design, test, and help scale ideas that meaningfully move Indian education forward.

If you enjoy making sense of complexity, spotting patterns before they're obvious, and shaping the thinking that underpins large institutional decisions, you'll find this role deeply engaging.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design school models:Support the design of K12 school modelsacademic vision, culture, pedagogy, governance, and operating systems
  • Work with school leaders:Engage closely with founders, principals, and leadership teams to solve real, on-the-ground challenges
  • Translate vision into practice:Help convert educational philosophy into curricula, schedules, teacher structures, and school processes
  • Study what works:Research and benchmark Indian and global K12 models, innovations, and best practices
  • Support implementation:Assist schools during early-stage launch or transition phases, ensuring ideas don't collapse at execution

This isnota policy role or a purely academic one. It's hands-on, systems-oriented work with real schools and real constraints.

Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate with educators, school founders, curriculum designers, and strategists who believe that good schools are intentionally designednot accidentally assembled. Expect field visits, long conversations with school leaders, and serious thinking about what quality education actually requires.

You're a Strong Fit If:
  • You have experience in K12 educationas a teacher, school leader, program designer, or education professional.
  • You understand schools as complex systems: culture, pedagogy, operations, and people.
  • You can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • You're thoughtful, grounded, and deeply committed to improving schooling in India.
Our Culture & Values
  • Learning-Obsessed:Research isn't a task; it's how we operate
  • Curious by Default:No sacred cows - ask why, ask again, then put to action.
  • Ownership DNA:Spot a problem It's yours until it's solved.
  • Idea-First Collaboration:Great ideas > job titles - always.
  • Amplify Others:Your success is measured by the people you lift.
