• Act as a primary point of contact for wedding enquiries, client meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand client expectations, preferences, budgets, and cultural requirements with sensitivity and care.
• Guide clients through banquet options, seating layouts, dcor themes, menu selections, and event flow.
• Build trust-based relationships that make clients feel confident, heard, and supported at every step.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing wedding functions including receptions, sangeet, mehendi, and other celebrations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as operations, kitchen, service staff, dcor, and technical vendors.
• Support on-ground supervision during events to ensure timelines, setups, and guest experience are executed flawlessly.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and stress-free event for clients and guests.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, contracts, and client requirements.
• Assist senior managers with proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Ensure all client commitments are clearly documented and communicated to relevant teams.

• Represent Roy Bari Events with elegance, professionalism, and warmth at all times.
• Deliver exceptional service that results in client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to enhancing the overall reputation of Roy Bari Events.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 02 years of experience in hospitality, weddings, events, customer service, or relationship management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and confident personality.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly in live event environments.
• Passion for weddings, celebrations, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
