Job Description :

1. Well trained in JavaScript, WordPress, CSS3, and HTML5.
2. Good understanding of client-side, frameworks such as React.js, Redux & Hooks
3. Performance optimization techniques for the web and mobile web development
4. Good at integrating and maintaining RESTful Web-Services
5. Good understanding of AJAX, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
6. Good understanding of Virtual DOM, Data structure, and data manipulation
7. Good understanding of UX principles & building GUIs.
8. Basic knowledge of version control system like Git
9. Writes clean, readable, and maintainable code
10. Basic Understandingof Adobe Photoshop and Figma

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist in developing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Support the team in building and updating websites, including basic customization of WordPress themes and plugins.
3. Work closely with senior developers and designers to implement UI/UX designs accurately.
4. Help in fixing bugs, testing features, and improving website performance under guidance.
5. Participate in team meetings to understand project requirements and contribute ideas when possible.
6. Follow coding standards and best practices to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
7. Assist in integrating APIs and handling basic asynchronous requests (AJAX) with support from senior team members.
8. Learn and apply basic performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility techniques.
9. Help in updating website content and ensuring proper functionality across devices.
10. Use version control systems like Git for code management with guidance.
11. Support implementation of basic animations and interactive elements using JavaScript libraries.
12. Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and development practices to improve skills.

Skillset Required :

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WordPress, JQuery,

GSAP Library(Optional),React JS(Optional), Node JS(Optional),MongoDB(Optional),

Basic Understanding of Adobe Photoshop (Optional),

PHP (Added Advantage), MySQL (Added Advantage)

Qualification :

B.tech ( Mandatory )

MCA( Master of Computer Applications )
