Junior Visual Designer / Editor

Location: North Bengaluru (towards airport)

Work Setup: 6 days onsite (1 day WFH)

We're looking for a Junior Visual Designer / Editor who wants to build strong visual work in sport.

This role is suited for someone early in their design journey, with good taste, discipline, and the willingness to learn fast. You'll work closely with the content team and the larger Sportist team to bring real, on-ground sports stories to life.

• Design day-to-day social media content — posts, stories, carousels, and highlights
• Edit short-form video content (reels) for digital platforms
• Support visual storytelling across athlete journeys, updates, events, and announcements
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all content
• Collaborate with the content team to translate updates into effective designs and edits
• Adapt templates into fresh and engaging formats
• Manage feedback, revisions, and timely delivery of assets
• Organise and maintain design files and templates
• Handle quick turnaround requirements while maintaining quality

• Basic to working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Basic understanding of pacing and flow in short-form video
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while keeping content fresh
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience
