Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Video Editor role with 2+ years of experience based in Pune City. The Junior Video Editor will assist in editing and assembling raw video footage into polished marketing assets for various digital platforms, following brand guidelines and creative briefs. Responsibilities include trimming and sequencing clips, syncing audio, adding basic transitions, titles, and simple effects, and preparing multiple versions of videos for social media, websites, and campaigns. The role involves collaborating closely with senior editors, designers, and the marketing team to maintain consistency in visual style and messaging. The Junior Video Editor will also support file management, media organization, and basic color and sound adjustments to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing and social media content.
• Basic to intermediate abilities in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance footage quality.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, overlays, and on-screen text.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and familiarity with After Effects or equivalent motion tools.
• Understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and export settings for various digital and social platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and respond constructively to feedback.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is required.
