About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through video, with a keen eye for visuals, pacing, and trends. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, ads, and campaigns
- Assist in creating engaging reels, short-form videos, and promotional content
- Add music, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance storytelling
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone
- Stay updated with current video trends and editing styles
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Basic experience in video editing (internships/freelance work accepted)
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media requirements
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and transitions is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Good to have-
- Experience in editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or ads
- Basic knowledge of sound editing and color correction.
