Junior Video Editor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Video Editor, based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for various platforms. Core responsibilities include performing video cuts, adding effects, ensuring smooth transitions, sound editing, and creating animations as needed. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and content creators to ensure the final output aligns with brand guidelines and meets project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience with color grading, sound editing, and implementing visual effects.
• Understanding of storytelling and narrative structure for video content creation.
• Familiarity with video formatting for various platforms such as YouTube, social media, and websites.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in video editing or a relevant portfolio will be beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Passion for WordPress and an understanding of its ecosystem is an advantage.
