Role Description:

This is a full-time Video Editor position located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for producing, editing, and enhancing video content, ensuring all deliverables meet creative and technical standards. Daily tasks include creating and editing videos, applying color grading techniques, designing motion graphics, and collaborating with team members to achieve visually compelling and professional results.

Key Responsibility:

End-to-End Editing: Manage the full post-production workflow, including ingestion, assembly, rough cuts, and final polish.

Motion Graphics: Create custom intros, lower thirds, and complex text animations using After Effects.

Short-Form Strategy: Edit Reels/TikToks with advanced transitions, sound design, and dynamic captions that maximize retention.

Color & Sound: Perform professional color grading and sound mixing (noise reduction, EQ, and music beds) to ensure a premium feel.

Project Management: Manage multiple client timelines and provide creative input during the pre-production/storyboarding phase.

Technical Requirements:

Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (for grading) is a major plus.

Design Sense: Strong understanding of typography and layout (as you'll often need to integrate branding elements from our design team).

Audio Mastery: Ability to source the right tracks and edit to the beat with precision.

Portfolio: A diverse showreel showcasing brand ads, social media content, and motion graphics is essential.
