Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Video Editor to join our growing digital team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field of video production and editing. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging videos for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites and client projects.
- Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other editing tools to create professional visuals.
- Add transitions, animations, text overlays, background music and effects as required.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver creative storytelling.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and are optimised for multiple platforms.
- Video shooting, raw footage handling and basic production setup.
- Stay updated with video trends, styles and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of video formats, codecs and exporting for web and social platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good sense of timing, visual storytelling and sound design.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Design or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 01 year of relevant experience (internships, freelance or college projects also count).
- A portfolio or sample work link will be an added advantage.
