Junior Video Editor (Full-Time / Remote)Location: Remote (Mumbai-based preferred)

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Junior Video Editor who lives and breathes social media someone who can take raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping, story-driven content for Reels, YouTube, and podcasts.
You'll be working closely with our founder and content team to bring ideas to life for Digital Web London and our partner brands across the UK and beyond.
What You'll Do- Edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, brand promos).
- Create hooks and attention-grabbing intros that increase retention.
- Cut, sync, and polish podcast footage for YouTube and Spotify.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design where relevant.
- Repurpose content across multiple formats (e.g. 9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, templates, and editing styles.
- Work independently from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the creative team on ideation and storytelling.
- Manage and organise raw footage and project files efficiently.
You're Perfect For This If You- Have 6+ months of hands-on experience in video editing (internship or freelance experience counts).
- Know your way around CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Have a solid sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Understand what makes videos go viral (hooks, pacing, retention).
- Can work independently and meet deadlines without hand-holding.
- Are passionate about creative storytelling, branding, and social media trends.
Bonus Points If You- Have edited podcast clips or cinematic YouTube videos.
- Can brainstorm creative ideas and scripts for Reels.
- Have basic design sense (thumbnails, typography, colours).
- Are comfortable using AI tools or templates to speed up workflow.
