Cue & Co. creates sharp, product-first content for modern brands ads, reels, corporate films, podcasts and digital campaigns. We don't just cut videos: we shape how brands communicate. We're looking for a Video Editor + Graphic Designer who's early in their career but serious about craft and growth.

This role is about understanding pacing across formats, from fast hooks to structured storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit short-form content with strong retention and pacing
- Edit long-format videos with a clean structure and flow
- Add motion graphics, text animation and basic visual effects
- Work with audio, dialogue cleanup and sound design
- Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
- Create basic design assets like thumbnails, carousels and statics
- Contribute ideas to improve creative output
What We're Looking For
- Up to 1 year of experience with strong hands-on editing work
- Must have your own editing system (laptop/PC capable of handling projects)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable editing on phone using CapCut / VN / Instagram Edits tools
- Basic understanding of animation and motion graphics
- Basic design skills using tools like Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva (or similar)
- Good sense of rhythm, storytelling and visual flow
- Attention to detail in edits and finishing
- Self-driven mindset and willingness to learn
Bonus (Big Plus):
- Interest in shooting, camera work or being on set
- Willingness to assist or explore production alongside editing
