We are hiring a Junior Video Editor / Editing Assistant to support ongoing YouTube and reels projects.
This role focuses on basic editing execution, not full creative editing.
Responsibilities:
- Trim raw footage (remove pauses, errors, unnecessary sections)
- Create rough cuts following given instructions
- Add relevant B-roll (provided or sourced)
- Maintain clean and organized timelines in Adobe Premiere Pro
Important:
- This is an execution-based role, not a creative lead role
- You must follow instructions and editing style strictly
- Work will mainly involve YouTube videos and short-form reels
Requirements:
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of basic cuts, pacing, and B-roll usage
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Reliable communication and timely delivery
- Willingness to learn and improve
Work Details:
- Remote role (open to candidates across India)
- Monthly payment: 5,000 7,000
- Defined workload (not full-time pressure)

Performance & Growth:
- Performance-based increments up to 2 times per year based on quality, consistency, and reliability
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a small paid test task
