Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with experience in designing digital products (web or mobile). In this role, you will collaborate with the design and product teams to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will be involved in the end-to-end design processfrom user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testingcontinuously refining designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Skills
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Basic motion design or micro-interaction experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX design projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, BCA, Computer Science, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role.
