Role Description
- Assist in creating customized travel itineraries for clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- Design holiday packages that cater to different preferences and budgets, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
- Utilize MS-Excel to organize and manage travel bookings, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, demonstrating excellent spoken English proficiency.
- Write engaging and informative content for promotional materials and online platforms, showcasing your written English proficiency.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed there bachelors.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
