Role Overview

As a Junior Trader Intern, you'll be part of the active trading desk at Tradeshala, assisting in trade idea generation, execution, and real-time market monitoring. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain first-hand experience in trading across asset classes with a structured, professional approach to risk management and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1.Monitor financial markets across equities, indices, forex, and commodities in real time

2.Assist in executing trades on paper/demo/live trading accounts with proper risk protocols

3.Analyse price action, volume patterns, and technical indicators for intraday & positional trades

4.Contribute to trade setups and strategy development based on market behavior

5.Maintain detailed trading journals, track performance metrics, and optimize execution

6.Study global news, economic releases, and market catalysts impacting volatility

7.Collaborate with trading mentors to learn professional trading routines and discipline

Who Should Apply

1.Students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, or STEM fields with strong market interest

2.Passionate about trading and market speculation with a hunger to grow as a professional trader

3.Familiarity with charting platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader, CTrader)

4.Strong numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills under market pressure

5.Prior experience with paper trading or participation in trading competitions is preferred
