What you'll own in this role:

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the People Operations Team and hiring managers.
• Develop successful recruiting strategies including job scope, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
• Serve as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates, building valuable long-term relationships with managers and teams to understand skills and culture needs.
• Advocating for candidates and building relationships pre and post hire.
• Direct sourcing/cold calling, candidate assessment, scheduling interviews.
• Participating on the global recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage candidate and work-flow and engagement.

What you bring to this role:

• A dynamic recruiting professional with 1- 2 years of high-performance technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
• Experience sourcing and posting on LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience creating and modifying Boolean strings for sourcing.
• Passion for learning and following recruiting best practices.
• Must have a good understanding of IT/software skills and technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT/software profiles is a must.
• Must be open to work in Hybrid Model (2 Days from office)
• Ability to work in teams and autonomously.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to network to build an exemplary IT department for the company.
• Microsoft Office skills.

Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
• Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
• Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
