We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about building teams and creating a strong candidate experience. You will support end-to-end hiring processes while learning recruitment best practices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referral channels
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess culture fit
- Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and reports
- Ensure excellent candidate engagement & follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs
