Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations tasks.
- Produce reports and analytics on recruitment metrics to drive data-based decision making.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support our overall talent acquisition strategy.
