Key Responsibilities
- Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze candidate data
- Conduct thorough resume screening to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with the development of job descriptions and job postings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in various recruiting initiatives
