Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes
- Maintain candidate data and hiring metrics using ATS or HR systems
