Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated junior professional to join our team in a hands-on systems and security role. You'll work across hardware, IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity. This role suits someone with an open mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and a long-term interest in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware Management — Handle procurement, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Network & Systems Administration — Manage and troubleshoot networks, routers, switches, and servers. Handle IP configurations, DHCP, DNS, and general connectivity issues.
- Firewall & Security Management — Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, VPN, and geo-blocking rules.
- Endpoint Security — Deploy and manage endpoint protection tools. Monitor for threats and respond to incidents.
- Identity & Access Management — Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding workflows via Zoho Directory and Active Directory.
- IT Support & Helpdesk — Handle support tickets and user queries through Zoho Desk. Coordinate hardware/software setups for users.
- Cybersecurity Initiatives — Contribute to ongoing and emerging cybersecurity efforts as the organization evaluates and onboards new security tools and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewall configuration, and system security
- Hands-on experience or understanding of hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Exposure to endpoint security tools and identity management platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Eagerness to learn across hardware, systems, security, and networking domains
