Job Description

  • IT Infrastructure Maintenance
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
  • System Troubleshooting
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Security Management
  • Implement and manage IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
  • License & Procurement Management
  • Oversee software licenses and coordinate IT-related procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies.
  • User Support & Training
  • Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for employees to ensure effective use of IT tools and systems.
  • Data Validation & Reporting
  • Validate and manage data for accuracy, generate reports, and support decision-making with reliable information.
  • Email & Communication Systems
  • Administer corporate email systems and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support requirements.
  • Compliance Assurance
  • Ensure IT operations and internal systems comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong focus on accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Time Management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Leadership Ability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and support IT initiatives and teams.
