Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Owners, Application, and Engineering teams on assigned projects or modules.
- Take complete ownership of tasks from sprint assignment to production-ready deployment.
- Ensure all testing activities meet defined entrance and exit criteria, maintaining alignment with established QA standards and processes.
- Analyse, estimate, and deliver assigned tasks with precision and minimal deviation.
- Lead, mentor, and guide QA team members, supporting their upskilling and career development.
- Define, enhance, and implement QA best practices to ensure consistent quality across releases.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve the team's efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Gain a deep understanding of product features, user flows, and application behaviour to ensure robust test coverage.
