Role Description

Vrugle is looking for a Junior Software Developer (Javascript / Python) to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time, on-site / hybrid opportunity for someone who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly enterprise applications.

In this role, you will contribute to the complete product lifecycle from backend development and database design to API integrations and frontend UI/UX improvements. You will work on ERP and CRM modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Support Ticketing, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 12 years of hands-on experience in Python and/or JavaScript full-stack development
• Strong understanding of ERP / CRM concepts, including workflows, modules, roles, and multi-company or multi-tenant systems
• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational database design
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including responsive design, accessibility, form usability, and visual hierarchy

It would be a plus if you also have experience with:

• SaaS product development and multi-tenancy
• Performance optimization, caching, lazy loading, and query tuning
• Frameworks/libraries such as Django, Flask, React.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Ant Design
• Docker, Linux environments, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), or CI/CD basics
• Working with international clients or globally deployed software products
