Role: Software Engineer
Job Summary
Use the latest tools and technologies to tackle server-side development challenges and build advanced applications in the areas of marketing analytic sand real-world evidence analytics. You will be working on multiple modules of the same product or across products depending upon the business requirement. You will be required to work in a cross-functional team comprising of UI designer, data scientists, UI developers, server-side developers and client facing team.
Functions And Responsibilities
Develop server-side for the cutting-edge products in the areas of marketing analytics and real-world evidence analytics
Interact with the data scientists and front-end developer to firm up the requirement and then develop backend accordingly
Aid software architect in day-to-day interactions with onsite team and client's business unit.
Maintain seamless communication with front-end developers and data scientists to ensure compatibility amongst analytics layer, middle layer and front-end layer.
Qualifications / Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Python and server-side development using python framework.
Experience with developing REST APIs.
Strong experience and understanding of object-oriented concepts
Strong knowledge on relational (MySQL) database
Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
Good to have knowledge on libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SQL Alchemy etc.
Good experience in Linux OS.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
Must have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to work in a globally distributed team.
