- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create detailed social media calendars
- Define content pillars & brand tone of voice
- Plan growth campaigns & engagement strategies
- Content & Creative Direction
- Coordinate with content writers & designers
- Approve creatives, captions & reels scripts
- Ideate trending reel concepts & campaign ideas
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning
- Performance & Analytics
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, CTR & conversions
- Analyze insights & optimize strategy
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements based on data
- Platform Expertise
- Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube (shorts & long form strategy knowledge preferred), and Twitter/X (if required)
- Paid + Organic Alignment
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team
- Suggest boosting strategies
- Align organic content with paid ad campaigns
- Client Management
- Attend client meetings
- Present strategy & reports confidently
- Handle feedback professionally
- Ensure client satisfaction & retention
