Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow My Scale's Instagram and LinkedIn pages, ensuring
consistency in content, tone, and brand positioning
Take complete ownership of the end-to-end content execution cycle, from
scripting to final posting. Write scripts, captions, and content narratives
aligned with brand messaging and audience psychology
Coordinate closely with video editors and graphic designers to ensure
timely delivery of creatives
Actively follow up on deliverables to ensure no delays in execution or
posting schedules
Ensure all content is published on time with proper quality checks
Be comfortable appearing on camera and actively participate in reels,
brand videos, VSL ads and storytelling content
Contribute to content ideation, including hooks, formats, and trends that
align with My Scale's positioning
Work closely with the team to ensure content reflects what is currently
working in the market
Coordinate with offline and online event teams to plan, capture, and
execute event-based content
Ensure events are translated into engaging and high-impact social media
content
Maintain alignment between content output, brand narrative, and
audience engagement goals
