Junior Site Supervisor- Interior

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Site Supervisor specializing in interior projects and is based in Coimbatore. The Junior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project timelines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, assisting in supervising the workforce, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of interior design processes, project management, and on-site supervision
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and resources efficiently
• Awareness and application of safety and quality standards at construction sites
• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to professionally coordinate with team members and clients
• Ability to effectively manage timelines and multitask within dynamic environments
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in site management for interior projects is an advantage
