Role Overview

Golden Crest Homes is hiring a full-time Interior Site Operations Manager to manage and execute interior fit-out works for residential projects in Panipat.

This role is focused on interior execution, detailing, coordination, and site operations — not structural or RCC work. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with flooring, POP/gypsum, woodwork, painting, polishing, and finishes, and can independently manage vendors, materials, labour coordination, and daily reporting.

This role acts as the single point of control on site for interior works, ensuring zero surprises on timelines, quality, or costs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Execution & Site Management

  • Manage day-to-day execution of all interior fit-out activities
  • Oversee flooring, skirting, POP/gypsum ceilings, woodwork, painting, polishing, buffing, fittings, and final finishes
  • Ensure correct sequence of work across all interior trades
  • Maintain quality standards, levels, alignments, and detailing as per drawings
  • Supervise Site Supervisor and ensure on-site discipline and productivity
  • Be physically present on site daily

2. Drawings & Technical Coordination

  • Read and interpret interior drawings, electrical layouts, and reflected ceiling plans
  • Ensure correct placement of lights, switches, furniture, and fixtures
  • Coordinate with architect/design team for clarifications
  • Execute minor AutoCAD / SketchUp changes required for site execution (non-design role)
  • Cross-check drawings against on-site implementation

3. Interior Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Handle procurement of interior materials, including:
  • Flooring & tiles
  • Boards, laminates, veneers
  • Hardware & fittings
  • Lighting & fixtures
  • Paint systems and finishes
  • Compare brands, quality, pricing, and availability
  • Calculate areas (flooring, walls, ceilings) to support material selection and budgeting
  • Track material usage, stock, deliveries, and shortages
  • Follow up with vendors and contractors to avoid delays
  • Act as the single point of contact for interior vendors and contractors

4. Cost Control, Planning & Reporting

  • Track labour and material costs in real time
  • Prevent last-minute procurement and site surprises
  • Maintain daily progress and action reports
  • Highlight risks, delays, or cost overruns proactively
  • Share clear daily updates with the founder/project head

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out execution (residential preferred)
  • Ability to read and execute interior drawings confidently
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp (execution-level)
  • Experience handling interior procurement and vendors
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working full-time onsite in Panipat

Preferred Background

  • Experience in villas, builder floors, or premium residential interiors
  • Prior role as Interior Site Engineer / Interior Project Coordinator
  • Strong exposure to interior materials, brands, and finishes
