Role Description

The Junior Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project designs and safety standards. Responsibilities will include quality control, supervising structural and civil engineering tasks, coordinating with contractors and teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-site project work and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices and ensuring adherence to project standards
• Background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering with a focus on practical application
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project blueprints
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of safety protocols, RDSO standards, and IS compliance is a plus
• Adaptability to work directly on construction sites with a hands-on approach
• 2+years of experience.
