Magick Home Services Department is looking to hire a Junior Site Engineer to be based at our NCR (Bhiwadi) location. This role involves on-site supervision, coordination, and support to ensure smooth execution of interior and civil works in line with approved drawings and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities and ensure work execution as per approved plans and drawings
- Understand and interpret 2D and 3D drawings for accurate site execution
- Carry out site measurements and support documentation related to measurements
- Provide regular and effective project updates to the reporting manager
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams at site
- Support execution of interior works with basic interior design understanding
- Assist in monitoring basic civil structure works and related terminology
- Ensure flexibility in working hours as per project and site requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
- 12 years of relevant field experience in site supervision
- Ability to understand and work with 2D and 3D drawings
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts
- Basic understanding of civil structures and construction terminology
- Experience in site measurement
- Minimal verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to provide clear and timely project updates
- Willingness to work with flexible hours based on project needs
