Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive to support day-to-day SEO execution across our global B2B platforms. This is an execution-focused role designed to improve consistency and quality of SEO implementation while supporting the growing marketing function.

The position is ideal for someone who is strong in SEO fundamentals, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to Google Ads is a plus, with scope to learn and grow over time.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute on-page SEO across multiple event websites

● Create and update meta titles, meta descriptions and alt text across event pages

● Support structured SEO execution tasks to maintain consistency and quality

● Assist with keyword research and basic SEO analysis when required

● Support indexing checks and performance tracking via Google Search Console as needed

● Contribute to on-page SEO improvements and collaborate with the web team where applicable

● Use ChatGPT / AI tools responsibly to support routine SEO tasks

● Support basic Google Ads monitoring and reporting under guidance (learning opportunity)

What This Role Is / Is Not

This role is:

● Execution-heavy and hands-on

● Focused on consistency, quality and scale

● A support role within a growing marketing team

● A learning opportunity for Ads and broader digital marketing

This role is not:

● A strategy ownership or leadership role

● An independent Google Ads manager role

● A senior SEO position responsible for roadmap ownership

Ideal Candidate Profile

● 0–2 years of hands-on SEO experience

● Educational background in:

○ Marketing / Communications / Business

○ OR a technical degree with a digital marketing certification

● Strong attention to detail and execution discipline

● Comfortable adapting to evolving responsibilities within a structured and growing

team

● Familiarity with Google Search Console and basic SEO tools

● Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools responsibly for SEO workflows

● Willingness to learn Google Ads as a secondary skill
