We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Training Executive to support the development of our sales team. This role involves training new and existing employees, improving their sales skills, and enhancing overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales representatives
- Provide product knowledge training, explaining features and benefits clearly
- Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and manuals
- Train employees on communication skills, negotiation techniques, and customer handling
- Organize role-plays, group discussions, and sales simulations
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Identify training needs and assist in developing effective training strategies
- Stay updated with the latest sales techniques, product updates, and market trends
- Motivate sales teams to achieve targets and improve productivity
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA Graduate (any discipline)
- Fresher or 12 years of teaching/training experience preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to engage and guide trainees effectively
