Junior Sales Intern Required for NGO in Pune, PCMC

Junior Sales Intern:

Each Coordinator is required to register at least 100 annual members per month. The remuneration will be as follows:

Basic Monthly Salary: Rs20,000

Travel Allowance and other expenses: Rs5000

Incentive (for registrations beyond 100):25%

If less than 100 members are registered in a month, the salary and travel allowance will be reduced proportionally.

After six months of satisfactory performance, coordinator will become eligible for Provident Fund and other employment benefits. And the coordinator will be eligible for fix salary and promotion.

Each coordinator must submit a daily work report to their respective superior. The Marketing Manager will provide periodic guidance and instructions to ensure the achievement of membership registration goals and smooth delivery operations.

The annual membership registration program will initially begin in the Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad municipal regions, and will gradually expand to other municipal and district city areas across Maharashtra, followed by other states in subsequent phases.
