SALARY: Rs. 27,000/ Month Rs. 35,000/Month (Salary can vary based on experience, interview, and last in hand withdrawn.)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential learners to understand their goals, providing consultative guidance on course offerings, driving enrollment processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, tailoring solutions to their needs, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and delivering exceptional support to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and ability to drive enrollment processes
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a Consulting role or related field
  • Motivated and result-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
