This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Pune Division. The individual will engage in tasks such as generating sales leads, assisting with client onboarding, conducting customer service interactions, providing training sessions for clients, and supporting the sales team with management and organizational activities. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure their requirements are met
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and coordinate business goals
• Ability to provide Training to clients and team members on tools, workflows, and strategies
• Results-driven attitude, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and e-commerce is an added advantage
