Role Description
The Junior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Nalbari. The role involves managing relationships with merchants, onboarding new partners, addressing retailer concerns effectively, and driving usage of Pay1's services. The Junior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth support and consistent engagement with merchants to help them grow their businesses.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers.
- Sales and negotiation abilities to onboard new partners and promote Pay1's range of services.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to address and resolve retailer concerns efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of retail and consumer technology trends in the Indian market.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in regional languages and local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
