Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager based in Assam, India. The Junior Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with retailers, ensuring they are onboarded effectively, resolving queries, and facilitating the adoption of Pay1's services. The role also involves monitoring retail partner performance, conducting routine visits, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating between various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retailers effectively
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple accounts and tasks
- Proficiency in problem-solving and creative thinking to address retailer challenges and suggest impactful solutions
- Basic understanding of financial services and digital technology; familiarity with the unorganized retail sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations and a valid driver's license would be beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or relationship management is a plus
