Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruiter to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience and a strong academic background in Psychology. This role requires strong people identification skills, the ability to assess behavioral patterns, and a keen understanding of candidate suitability beyond technical qualifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for All-level.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on behavioral traits, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Apply psychological principles to assess personality traits and behavioral patterns.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Mandatory)
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in screening and conducting interviews independently preferred.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Ability to observe, analyze, and interpret candidate behavior during interviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
