Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience and a strong academic background in Psychology. This role requires strong people identification skills, the ability to assess behavioral patterns, and a keen understanding of candidate suitability beyond technical qualifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for All-level.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates based on behavioral traits, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Apply psychological principles to assess personality traits and behavioral patterns.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Mandatory)
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in screening and conducting interviews independently preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Ability to observe, analyze, and interpret candidate behavior during interviews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
