Primary title (standardized): Recruitment Executive (Junior Recruiter)
This is a fully remote, target-driven role focused on sourcing, screening and placing entry-to-mid level talent. Compensation is fixed up to INR 15,000 with attractive performance-linked incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to build a steady talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct structured initial calls to assess fit, salary expectations and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Manage candidate data and status updates in the ATS; maintain accurate records and pipeline metrics.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sourcing and closure targets; proactively follow up to convert shortlisted candidates.
- Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination, including documentation and basic negotiations under guidance.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in high-volume or target-driven recruitment workflows.
- Practical use of an ATS for pipeline management and status tracking.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
- Comfortable using MS Excel for shortlisting, trackers and basic reports.
- Clear verbal screening skills for candidate engagement and shortlisting.
- Ability to work remotely, meet targets and manage time independently.
Preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri recruiter tools.
- Experience with CRM or recruitment platforms such as Zoho Recruit.
- Knowledge of regional languages for localized sourcing across India.
